Accounts and reports
The money on bookings reaches the books by itself, everything else is recorded once, and the reports and the dashboard all come from the same figures.
Income and expenses
Payments, rebates, transfer fees, refunds and dealer payouts on bookings are in the books without anyone typing them again. Rent, salaries, utilities and the rest are recorded under Money, for a project or for the company, in categories you can configure.
The Daily Book
Every movement of cash, day by day, with each day’s in, out and net. Entries waiting for approval are listed but not added up, and a reversal appears on its own day, so a day already printed and checked never changes.
Statements and recovery
An income and expense statement down to profit or loss, the totals of each category, and a recovery report that lists every active booking with what is paid, what is overdue and what is due next. Each one prints, and downloads as a CSV that opens in Excel.
A dashboard for each role
Each role sees the figures it should and nothing more: this month’s money, plots available and booked, overdue amounts, sales this month, what waits for approval and the commission owed. The cards come from the same calculations as the reports, so the two agree.
