Bookings and instalment plans
Sell a file or a physical plot, directly or through a dealer, with a payment plan that adds up to the price.
Files and physical plots
A booking is either a file, a plot size with the plot given later at balloting, or a physical plot that exists today. Each booking takes the project’s registration number, such as KV-000001.
A payment plan that adds up
Set the down payment, the number of instalments, monthly or quarterly, and the first due date, then add one-off lines due on a date, on balloting or on possession. Pulse makes the schedule, sharing what is left in whole rupees with the remainder on the last instalment, and a plan is saved only when its lines add up to the price.
Payments go where they are due
Recording a payment starts at the amount due now. The money goes to the unpaid lines in order, the down payment first and then the dated lines by due date, and a line paid in part shows what is paid and what is left. A payment made by someone other than the client records who paid.
Never booked twice
If two people book the same plot at the same moment, only one booking is made and the other person is told. Nothing is half saved.
