Dealer commission and payouts

Set how each dealer earns on each project, see what is earned, paid and owed, and pay out without ever paying more than is due.

Rules per project

Each dealer gets a code, such as DLR-0001. For each project, commission rules can be set per plot size, per commercial category and as a default, each a fixed amount or a percentage, with a preview of what a plot at a given price would earn. A change applies to new bookings only.

Files and plots earn differently

A file earns its commission once, when it is sold. A physical plot earns as the money arrives: each approved payment earns its share, so the whole commission is earned when the plot is fully paid.

For a file, the commission can sit inside the down payment as a rebate, so the client pays the rest and nothing is owed to the dealer, or stay owed until a payout.

Payouts that never overpay

A dealer’s page shows, for every booking in every project, the total, what is earned, paid and owed. A payout goes to the oldest bookings that owe first, or to the ones you choose, and never above what a booking owes. The dealer’s statement prints in one click.
