Approvals and numbered receipts

Money recorded by staff counts nowhere until it is approved, and every approved payment gets a receipt number that is never reused.

The owner approves

What a Super Admin records is approved at once. A payment, an instalment or an expense recorded by anyone else shows Pending approval and counts nowhere, not in what is paid, not in a dealer’s commission, not in balances, until it is approved. Approvals are listed oldest first, and a rejection keeps its reason on record.

Numbered receipts

An approved payment or transfer fee gets a receipt number counted per project in the order of approval, such as R-000001, and never reused. Receipts print on the project’s letterhead: the first print is the original, every later one is marked Duplicate, and each print is logged.

Corrections by reversal

A wrong entry is never edited away. A Super Admin reverses it with a reason; the reversal undoes the schedule, the balance and the dealer’s earned commission exactly, and both entries stay on the record.

An audit log you can check

Every change is logged with its values before and after, with every reveal and sign-in. A Super Admin can verify the log’s chain of entries against copies the platform keeps, and the platform checks every company’s log each night.
