Client records and due diligence

Record each client once, however many plots they buy, with the identity and due-diligence details a developer needs to keep.

The buyer, once

A client needs a full name, a father or husband name, an ID type and number (CNIC, NICOP or passport) and a mobile. Date of birth, address, occupation, source of funds, the PEP declaration, whether they act on their own behalf, next of kin and copies of the ID, front and back, can be filled in at the time or later.

A second client with the same ID number is refused, with a link to open the existing one.

Incomplete, never blocked

A client shows as Incomplete until the due diligence is filled in, a copy of the ID is attached and a verification is recorded once the original was seen. The sale is never held up by it.

ID numbers stay masked

ID numbers are masked on screen. Only the right roles can reveal one, it hides itself again after two minutes, and every reveal, like every opening of an ID copy, is written to the audit log.
