Cancel a booking with its own penalty and a printed refund voucher, or transfer it to a new owner while its plan and payments stay with the file.
Terms set once, kept per booking
Set a cancellation penalty percentage and a transfer fee for the company, or other values for a project. Each booking keeps the penalty it was made with, so changing the setting never changes a booking already made.
Cancellation with a clear refund
Cancelling shows the cash received, the penalty and the refund before you confirm. The unpaid lines close, a plot the booking held is available again, the dealer keeps what was earned, and the refund voucher prints.
Transfers keep the history
A transfer moves the booking to a new owner, with or without a fee. The registration number, the plan, the payments and the commission stay with the file, and its owners are listed in turn, each with the receipt for the fee.
