Projects and units

Every project keeps its own inventory of plots, apartments and shops, by block, street and size, with a grid that shows what is available and what is booked at a glance.

One unit or a whole range

Add a single unit, such as 12 or 12-A, or a range from unit 1 to unit 20, up to 500 at once, with its type, category, block, street, size and price per unit. A residential size comes from the plot sizes you configure; a commercial size is typed, such as 10x20 ft.

Adding a range that overlaps units already there adds the new ones and lists the ones it skipped as duplicates. Unit numbers are stored one way (012-a is 12-A), so the same unit is never entered twice.

Availability at a glance

The grid shows one block at a time, with chips for each street and each size and how many units they hold. An available unit is outlined; a booked one is filled and marked Booked, and opens to its details.

The list view has a tab per type, filters, a search by unit number and pages of 50, sorted the way people count: unit 2 before unit 10.

Kept clean as you sell

A unit can be edited while it is available, and deleted only if it was never booked, so the record of what was sold is never lost.
